SUPPORT SLICE OF LIFE AND JOIN A COMMUNITY OF NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS!
Who says dessert is a guilty pleasure? Pick up a Food & Friends pie for Thanksgiving and turn guilty into grateful! These Baguette Republic-baked beauties will not only sweeten your own holiday table, but will help Food & Friends continue to meet the daily nutritional needs of thousands of our area neighbors dealing with challenging, life-threatening illnesses.
While the mission is worth a pie or two on its own, these are incredibly delicious desserts that simply taste all the sweeter for the good works they support! And there are even FIVE flavors to choose from in this Baguette Republic bounty: Apple Pie ($28), Spiced Pumpkin Pie ($28), Oh So Sweet Potato Pie ($28), Nutty Pecan Pie ($38), and American Airlines Sky Pie ($45). That last one comes not only with chocolate brownie and salted caramel, but with a chance to win 25,000 American Airlines miles – worth an economy roundtrip within the lower 48 and Canada!
With America’s tastiest holiday just a calendar page away, secure your special dinner’s fabulous finale now! Pies will be ready for pickup the Tuesday prior, Nov. 26. Any questions? I am here to help. And remember: These perfect pies also make great gifts! (That was a hint. I love pie!)
If your own holiday travel plans make it impossible for you to pick up a pie of your own, please consider being super sweet by donating a pie to a Food & Friends client!
Six days a week, Food & Friends home-delivers nutritious meals to thousands of people in our community who are too sick to shop for groceries and prepare meals. Your support helps Food & Friends deliver nearly 3,000 meals a day to our neighbors living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses free of charge. Each pie you purchase will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for one client battling a serious illness. Join a community of neighbors helping neighbors by purchasing your Thanksgiving pies from me today!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT, AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
